Cancellation

Cancellations will be accepted without charge 24 h prior to your appointment. Cancellation requests made with less than 24 hours advance notice, will be forfeited.

If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from attending the session, then the Client may request a refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions. The refund will be issued if approved, minus a 5% transaction fee.

Late arrival

Late arrival will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments and will be charged fully.

Refund policy

In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis at the discretion of Clear Energy Flow. We ask the Client to be committed and faithful, and we commit to offering grace when needed.

Confidentiality

What we discuss will be held in confidence and not shared with others. However, our discussions are not privileged for legal purposes. The privilege of confidentiality for the clergy, therapists, and attorneys is not granted to coaching professionals. That said, life coaching is a confidential process, and your personal information will always be protected.

Responsibilities

*Your Coach will do everything possible to support you in achieving your results and desired outcomes

*You are responsible for the cause of all change in your life.

*You accept full responsibility for all decisions and courses of action

Program Changes

The Coach reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any programs as considered necessary. Any such change will be made in consultation with the Client.

Mutual Agreement Cancellation

Suppose at any time either the Client or Coach believes the service is no longer serving the needs o the Client. In that case, they may initiate a discussion to rectify the situation prior to canceling the Program or Sessions.

Intellectual Property

All material relating to the programs is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All materials may not be recorded, used, or reproduced without the written permission of the owner.

Indemnification

You understand that all actions taken are performed voluntarily and are your own responsibility. Clients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking any physical, business, or investment actions.

Agreement Section

By entering into a Coaching Agreement either through signing a Coaching Agreement with Clear Energy FLow or paying any amount to your CLear Energy Flow, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.

Coaching/Energy Clearing Disclaimer

In committing to life coaching/energy clearing with me, you acknowledge the following:

You understand that the coaching/energy clearing services you will be receiving from your Coach are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions. You also understand that your Coach is not acting as a mental health counselor or a medical professional.
You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your well-being during your coaching/energy-clearing sessions and, subsequently, including your choices and decisions.
You understand that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment, and you will not use it in place of any form of therapy.
You understand that all comments and ideas offered by your Coach are solely for the purpose of aiding you in achieving the defined goals you create with your Coach. You have the ability to give your informed consent and hereby give such consent to your coach to assist you in achieving such goals and understand that results are not guaranteed.
You understand that to the extent our work together involves personal development, career, or business; your Coach is not promising outcomes including but not limited to trauma recovery, personal introspection, increased personal happiness, career progression, profitability and/or business success.

Waiver

You hereby release, waive, acquit, and forever discharge your Coach, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs, and employees from every claim, suit action, demand, or right to compensation for damages you may claim to have or that you may have arising out of acts or omissions by yourself or by your Coach as a result of the advice given by your Coach or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement.

You further declare and represent that no promise, inducement, or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to you to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind your heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.

Individual results may vary by client; therefore their effectiveness depends on the client and no guarantee can be made regarding the results of its use.
